Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, a representative from Third Rock Adventures will welcome you. Later after completing airport formalities, you'll drive to the hotel in the central city area.
After resting, you'll visit our main office to attend a brief trip meeting. Your tour guide will explain the trip details. You can ask your guide in this session if you have any confusion or queries. Then you can explore the neighborhood and learn about Nepalese culture.

After breakfast, you'll begin your cultural sightseeing tour by visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites in and around the Kathmandu Valley. First, you'll go to Pashupatinath Temple, situated on the bank of the Bagmati River. It is one of the holiest Hindu temples devoted to Lord Shiva.
Further, you’ll go to Swayambhunath, standing on the top of the hill, offering a grand view of Kathmandu valley, mountains, and green hills. It is the most ancient holy shrine in the valley. You can witness many chaityas and temples carved with images of deities. You'll also observe the intermingling of the shrines of Buddhism and Hinduism.
The next stop will be Boudhanath Stupa on the city's northeastern outskirts. With a giant mandala, it is one of the largest stupas in Nepal. You can follow the pilgrims, take a walk around the stupa premises, and turn the prayer wheels.
You'll complete your Kathmandu tour by visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square lies in the center of the city. It reflects Nepal's long history and aesthetic characteristics. You'll witness medieval period architecture.

Once you reach Pokhara, you'll transfer to the hotel on the lakeside. You can get refreshed and explore the lakeside area. You can take a short walk by the lakeside or sit in one of the cafes/restaurants and enjoy the stunning view of the lake, hills, and mountains.

Early morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise tour. Afternoon you'll spend a whole day exploring the beautiful city of lakes, Pokhara valley. Start your tour by visiting the popular Davis waterfalls, followed by Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. It is the longest cave in Nepal, and inside the cave, you can listen to the thundering sounds of water.
Further, you'll also visit International Mountain Museum. You can learn the fable of famous mountaineers who dare to conquer the world's tallest peaks. You can also observe several artifacts and pictures that depict mountain culture, lifestyle and biology of mountain flora and fauna.
Lastly, you'll go to Tibetan Refugee Camps, which were built for thousands of Tibetan refugees. You can explore Tibetan-style Buddhist monasteries, Buddhist monk schools, variety of handcraft shops where you can get handmade carpets, jewelry, silver ornaments, etc.
