We had an excellent experience working with Nabaji for the 7 days/6 night tour to Kathmandu and Pokhara. Two things clearly stand out as compare to the other travel agencies that i have used in the past to travel to other places around the world
1. Communication - He is very reachable during the booking and also when you are on the ground there. That build so much trust. I booked the tour remotely from USA directly speaking to him. He would pick up the call and respond timely.
2. Provide the right suggestion - He guide you to make sure your trip is memorable one in the right way! At his heart, he has your safety first. That goes a long way in knowing that you are in the right hands when you are trekking in a foreign land. He took time of the busy schedule to speak to us, invite us for dinner, and make changes on the fly in the changing situation without worrying if the cost will be recovered or not. His guides are with him for long time and reflect the same culture as him. I will book the tour again with him for Nepal and Tibet a thousand times!
