Depending upon the season, you will witness the yak herders with their yaks in the lush grazing fields.
After trekking for a while, you will reach Langtang village, which has been renewed with hundreds of tin-covered houses wiped out during the 2015 earthquake. The new teahouses and lodges are fairly better. Interact with the Tamang ethnic community living there. You will come across a series of Mani wall memorials dedicated to all those people who lost their lives in the massive earthquake.

The best time to go on a Helicopter trek to Langtang is in Spring from March to May and autumn from mid-September to November. During this time, the sky is clear, so the views of the mountains are sharp. Moreover, in the Langtang national park, the wildflowers and rhododendrons bloom in these seasons, making the trail even more beautiful.
The days are fairly warmer, and the nights are slightly chilly. The trail is dry, so it is easy to hike in the rugged routes. From September to October, there are many important Nepali festivals where tourists can witness and celebrate with the locals, which is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity making Spring and autumn the best seasons for this trek.
The Langtang Helicopter Trek can be done by all age groups of physically fit individuals as it is an easy to moderate level trek. You don't need past trekking experience to go on this trek if you correctly follow the itinerary and take all necessary precautions. The trek's highest point is Tserko Ri (4,984m), which won't be such an issue for altitude sickness if the above itinerary is followed. Also, it involves returning back from the helicopter, which means that trekking is one way, thus less tiring.
It is also opted mainly by tourists who want to experience the beauty of the Langtang region by foot, up close but have limited time. Luxuriously, the helicopter flight takes only 20 minutes to return to Kathmandu from the thick hills of Langtang.
