A representative from Third Rock Adventures will pick you up from the airport and escort you to your hotel in Thamel. On this very day, we will explore two UNESCO world heritage sites in Kathmandu: Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa.
The first stop will be Kathmandu Durbar Square, one of three medieval squares in Kathmandu valley. Kathmandu Durbar Square showcases Nepalese architecture at its best. After the sightseeing is over, you will head to the Swayambhunath stupa perched atop a hill. Also known as the monkey temple, this stupa boasts a stunning view of Kathmandu valley.
At the end of the day, you will head to your hotel.

Wake up early, before sunrise, and drive to Nagarkot viewpoint to enjoy the breathtaking sight of sunrise over the majestic mountains like Mount Everest and the Himalayan range.
After embracing the view, you will hike down the trail towards the Changunarayan temple, a UNESCO world heritage site in Kathmandu Valley.
The next stop will be Bhaktapur Durbar Square. This UNESCO world heritage site features some prominent places like the 55-window palace, Nyatapola temple, and Lion's Gate. You will also stroll around the square to witness Newari lifestyles and architecture. After the completion of the sightseeing, you will head back to your hotel.

Today is the last day of this tour, dedicated to two major UNESCO world heritage sites: Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath temple.
You will first explore Pashupatinath temple, the holiest temple of Hindus. This temple is dedicated to lord Shiva.
After exploring this sacred site, you will be heading to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the major attractions in Kathmandu. Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in the world.
If you have a flight back to your home, we will drop you at the airport, or if you wish to stay in Kathmandu, we can arrange for that too.
