Spring (March to May) and Autumn (mid-September to November) are considered the best seasons to climb Pisang Peak. Novice climbers and elite climbers alike prefer these two seasons to climb Pisang Peak. The weather remains balmy throughout the day and allows for a successful ascent to the top. Climbing during monsoon and winter is not recommended due to poor visibility and unpredictable weather.

Check for vaccination requirements as some travel insurance policies makes it mandatory to immunize yourself before you leave your country. Your safety is our utmost priority.
For a successful ascent, you as a climber need to acclimatize while walking at high altitudes. Our Pisang Peak Climbing itinerary is well-crafted by travel experts and veteran guides, entails rest and acclimatization day and pre-climbing training before the final push to the top of Pisang Peak. To prevent Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), we advise you to keep your body hydrated and abstain from consuming alcoholic beverages and smoke.

The mountain leaders assigned to you have more than two decades of experience, have led several climbers to the top of Pisang Peak, and are well-trained in wilderness first aid and crisis management. If a client shows AMS symptoms and needs to descend to a lower elevation, an assistant guide will escort him/her and follow the safety protocol. He will closely monitor the client's condition and take the required steps for the client's well-being.
