Trekking from Chame to Muktinath via Thorong La pass then from Tatopani to ABC. Two weeks. Our guide, Surya was the BEST! He was warm and friendly, attending to all of our needs and he shared so much of his extensive knowledge of Buddhism and Hinduism as well as Himalayan culture. Our porter, Sanker, was also a super guy to travel with. I would recommend both parts of this trip as the views and climates are remarkable and different on either side of the Annapurna Range. The intinerary was perfect for us...slow enough to acclimatize and fast enough to be challenging. Surya managed to get us rooms with the best views and he was good at arranging our meals at the teahouses...right on schedule. The drivers he arranged were also top notch, with better vehicles and not crowded seating.
