Naba was in charge for the trek operation for this tour. He personally replied to my emails, and also had voice call on whatsapp before we book. He was genuinely interested to serve us the best and we could not agree more. He was friendly, and professional. We met him in Thamel at one of his hotels and had pre-tour discussion. The guide was expereicned and always looking forward to serve us the best. We had the amazing view from Nagarkot viewpoint and insightful tour in Kathmandu. We are in touch with Naba for trek to Mardi Himal in a couple of months.
