I with my two office partners had a wonderful experience climbing Kya Jo Ri with Third Rock Adventures. Right from the beginning, the consultant answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very welcoming and accomodating when we arrived in Kathmandu. The trekking part was fantastic - the itinerary was planned with a long approach to aid in acclimatization. Our guide was great and always made sure we had everything we might possibly need. He offered us everything he ate on the way and at the teahouse. He would stop for a minute and let us know the highlight of the day. On the 12 day, on our way Back to Camp II, my friend felt it hard to continue on our pace, so the guide stopped there for about 30 minutes and shared his life story with us, his meeting with Naba and doing the first climb. We felt so humble to be part of his life journey. We all summited successfully and returned home back with lots of wonderful memories.
