Living in Brazil, so far away from Nepal, I wouldn’t travel so much to the country had I not enjoyed the place very much. It’s the best place in the world for trekking, and the people are amazing, the food is delicious, and the views of the Himalayas are gorgeous. I book my tours with Third Rock Adventures, which is a reliable company. The first time I visited Nepal, I booked my trek to Annapurna Base Camp. Everything was previously arranged. Nothing to worry about. They applied for the permits, put me in a group and booked a perfect hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu. On my way to Base Camp, we traverse a beautiful village, Phaplu, headed to Nunthala, Bupsa, all the way to Phakding and Namche. The trail was beautiful, like I expected. Even the guide was a good guy, he had network in the area with people, who were friendly and always-smiling. On my day to Everest Base Camp, I felt so powerful to stand in front of the Everest and other mountains. The guide suggested getting pic in best position, I didn't expect him to teach me pose with the mountains. On our way back to Ktm, we had a flight to Lukla. The flight was great, and Ktm as always surprises me. The chaotic but still alluring. Loved the trek, I am reminiscing... Will be back to Nepal soon.
