Tsheten Chophel, our Operations Director in Bhutan is a native of Eastern Bhutan. He has been working with us since 2005 and has been the key person to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. He plans and monitors the day-to-day running of the operations in Bhutan. He oversees customer support processes and organizes them to enhance customer satisfaction. He loves to share his knowledge of Bhutanese culture, lifestyle, and religion with guests and is obsessed with traveling. In his leisure, he often travels and explores the less-traveled parts of Bhutan.
